After two days audit about: company quality system situation, technique documents, field management, professional talk with welding responsible personal, we get full recognition and successfully passed the EN15085 international welding quality system certification.
EN15085 is a welding system standard for Europe rail vehicles and its units welding which is widely used by the world. High authority in the area of vehicles and its units welding, is the necessary card in the international market competition.
EN15085 welding quality system certification is a key work, we actively started the related work about EN15085.
Fully borrow the successful exercise of Tongye and combined with our actual situation to searching and summarizing the experience. For this reason, during 10/04/2010---16/04/2010 we send a certification consulting team including: General manager, International Welding Engineer (IWE), International Welding specialist (IWS) to conduct a consultation with Harbin Welding technique training center which is the cooperative agency of German GSI SLV Duisburg , and drawn up a detailed plan for advance the welding certification. In order to keep all the plan go on wheels, the company set up a certification advanced leader team and welding certification project special team to overall responsibility for the welding certification work.
We have prepared the welding quality manual according to the plan, and arrange the assignment of responsibility and workflows of welding responsibility personal and related personal. Based on MT-P cubical and TGY03 cubical, we finished 11pieces of WPQ (welding procedure Qualification); finished all the necessary documents work from product planning to product realization; about 94 person-time finished 38 pieces of welding test specimen ; some welders pass the examination by Harbin welding technique training center and obtain the ¡°international welding welder¡±qualification. It lasts about 13 months from 10th,2008 until we pass the certification, the project team done huge element tasks that ensure we pass the EN15085 successfully. We will strictly follow the EN15085 requirements and provide quality, safety, security products.
